Missing fragmentation type on fragment cartoons

Description
If you have the "Show Reducing End" option set to "No", then the fragment cartoons will not show fragmentation symbol and sometimes a sugar at the "reducing end" of the cartoon. This was noticed by missing cross-ring cleavages at on the reducing end side of a fragment and the masses didn't make sense for what was shown.

seems to be working. I am not sure if there was a specific annotation file having this issue but no matter what is set for the reducing end, I see the fragmentation symbol for the fragments.

Simple fix to always show reducing end on fragments...assumes "cleavage" is in the sequence string. We'll see... SVN [2804]
