Description

For LC-MS/MS experiments, the GELATO annotation wizard should allow a new setting to list the masses to be ignored (rejected) during annotation. Similarly, an accept list may be created.

  • reject list: do not look at MS2 for these masses (scans)
  • accept list: only look at these masses at MS2 (nothing else)
