Description
For LC-MS/MS experiments, a new chromatogram view should be created for browsing the experiment results. It should plot base peak intensity vs. time.
base peak: top peaks of full ms (highest intensity peak in scan)
The ultimate goal will be to be able to show the annotations on top of a chromatogram.
