Description
Filter highlight-only option should not care whether a peak is manually selected when making filter matching decisions. It looks like the current version does not highlight a selection if it was manually made although it matches the given filter.

When selecting multiple candidates the filter doesn't highlight all the rows. See the attached image.

while fixing this issue, I realized that "hidden match" feature was not working properly. Both issues have been fixed in revision [2943]
