#1067 assigned defect

MS Annotation Editor: Filter highlight-only does not highlight manually changed selections

Reported by: sena Owned by: sena
Priority: normal Milestone: GRITS - 1.2 SR3
Component: MS annotation management Version: GRITS 1.2.x
Severity: minor Keywords:

Filter highlight-only option should not care whether a peak is manually selected when making filter matching decisions. It looks like the current version does not highlight a selection if it was manually made although it matches the given filter.

while fixing this issue, I realized that "hidden match" feature was not working properly. Both issues have been fixed in revision [2943]

When selecting multiple candidates the filter doesn't highlight all the rows. See the attached image.
