MS Glycan Annotation: missing internal standard sets

Reported by: dbrentw Owned by: dbrentw
Priority: normal Milestone: GRITS - 1.2 SR2
Component: MS annotation management Version: GRITS 1.2.x
Severity: critical Keywords:

Description

If you create an internal standard set w/out saving to preferences and then apply those peaks with a file to your project, after you close the dialog, the set is gone. You cannot edit/modify/delete those peaks from your project.

The information is stored int the glycan meta data file, so something is up with how the dialog is displaying the information because it isn't in preferences.
