Description
MSConvert from GRITS creates a MzXML file which does not have any scans when scan number range arguments are used.
Also, it seems like it remembers previous selections to scan number and scan time ranges so subsequent conversions with no such settings still fail.

I tested 2 trimmed files. They appear correctly formatted and open in SeeMS program and GRITS.

fixed in revision [2986]. Also added a feature to append the scan number/time range selections to the generated file name so that the user can create several different versions of the mzxml file, if necessary.
