Description
If you create a GELATO annotation from the N-Glycans-D-TIM MS file with the latest code, the number of annotations differs from the current build (1.2.3). In old version (annotation GELATO.2018.4.27_9097) there are 449 annotated peaks. In current code with identical settings, you get 345 annotated peaks.
We need to figure out why there are differences
