Batch creation of sample, experiment design and MS entries

Allow to create a batch of samples, experiment designs and MS entries in one go. Create a "New experiment batch" entry under "New ..." and open a wizards:

• first page: Select project, Number of samples
• second page: Name samples and choose how to create them (e.g. from template, by copying)
• third page: show sample names and choose how to create experiment design (e.g. from template, by copying)
• forth page: show samples and attache MS files
• Finish

This should create all entries in the selected project including the MS entries and the experiment design.
