Sample Editor - manager: Display issues on Mac

Description

When opening the manager (admin/user) on Mac:

  • there is a big space between the controls and the header bar
  • Switch between the tabs of the manager => go back to the first tab => large parts of the screen are displayed as big grey area. Controls are still there and click-able but not visible.

Look into org.grits.toolbox.editor.samplemanager.pages.AbstractManagementPage, org.grits.toolbox.editor.samplemanager.pages.DesciptorManagementPage or in org.grits.toolbox.editor.samplemanager.pages.rightside.RightSideSection depending on the controls that have big space and the controls that are clickable but not visible.
