Collaborative project with the CCRC Service Lab and Tiemeyer Lab.

Review existing information

• Remove Creator
• Extend the description field in size

All information besides the Dates will be stored in a separate file

Add a table for collaboration partners. For each partner the following information is stored (column of the table):

• Name*
• Group/PI name*
• Department
• Institution
• Address*
• Country* (dropdown)
• Email
• Phone
• Fax
• Position (dropdown PI, PostDoc etc. but with option to define new one)
• Funding Agency* (dropdown PI, PostDoc etc. but with option to define new one)
• Grant number

Create a separate table of analysts

• Name (dropdown with possibility to create new one)
• Role
• Task

For each Project add a list of user defined keywords (tags)

For each Project add table with key dates

• Name of the data (e.g. date of preliminary report, date of project end)
• Date

Preference

• List of Tags
• Name of Dates
• Name of Analysts
• Positions
• Funding Agency
