Description

Currently, the user defines the database of structures and the possible adducts, exchanges and losses. GELATO well then search for all possible permutations. The user may have a fully specified database where specified glycans are to be searched. GELATO needs to only search for these glycans and not all permutations of structures.

It is close to working. I need test data. Not sure how the IonCloud is handling exchanges and losses, so these aren't implemented yet.
