Annotation Editor: Details view - fragment type

Reported by: Rene Ranzinger Owned by: dbrentw
Priority: low Milestone: GRITS - 1.2 SR3
Component: MS annotation management Version: GRITS 1.0.x
Severity: minor Keywords:

Description

When displaying the fragment type in the details view the types should be ordered. In addition the fragment notation for A and X should be translated to the GWB intended display. In the last row of the attached image I made a mockup based on GWB.

I'm not quite clear on what you mean or what exactly you want me to output. And maybe a sample workspace?

I request that:

# Fragmentation types are ordered. I saw cases ZY and YZ for different peaks.
# The fragment display for X and A is the internal GWB notation /\{0,2}A_{GlcNAc} people are not used to this. It should be displayed as the last row in the figure shows with subscript and superscript. - if possible
