qrtPCR plugin: ability to remove one of the values

Description

In plate pages, the user should be given a chance to remove one of the values (one of the replicates) used for calculations (stdev/average etc.). The removed value should be shown as strike through like 33.2

This option is available in the raw table as well. It seems to do the math but the strike through is not working. Overall question is if this option should be available in this table at all. Similar thing goes for the Show Previous values - since its not possible to manipulate the values in this table there are also no previous values.

fixed in revision "1664".

Both options are removed in "raw table"
