Description
- Load "workspace.xml" or ".project.xml" file in Windows
- copied from Mac or other OS
- Windows file system marks it as hidden file
- while loading GRITS throws IOException while loading with access denied
- Fix the issue
- for ".project.xml" or ".workspace.xml" file, even if it is hidden file it should be loadable

- fixed in revision 593 of the svn
- unhides the hidden files in Windows operating system
