MS editor: Move files to meta data

Description

Currently the MS files are stored as a list of file entries in the ".project.xml". To make it consistent and considering that we expect more files to be part of MS this file information should be part of "msMetaData.xml" this will require to make a new version for the MS entry and migration code when opening old versions.

I believe this has been handled a while ago. project.xml only stores a reference to msMetaData.xml file for MS entries
