That is still not working at least for:
- Mass spec Experiment
- Cartoon Style
- Tick boxes in MS Glycan Results Viewer and Mass Spec Result Viewer
- There is also a inconsistency between the buttons in MS Glycan Results Viewer and Mass Spec Result Viewer related to the 2 drop downs MS Level and Table Type
- Apply
- If I change something in one MS Level/Table type
- switch to another
- hit Apply -> Changes that I did in any of the MS Level/Table type are persisted
- Restore Default
- Hit the button in any MS Level/Table type will only make changes to the current selected MS Level/Table type
- Apply

I think this has been fixed. Currently, moving columns or hitting restore only affects the columns in the chooser. You have to hit Apply or OK to have it update the tables and the preferences.
