MS editor: Error without Full MS

Description

  • Create new MS
  • Select RAW and mzXML on first page
  • nothing on second page
  • nothing on third page
  • select special peak file
  • Finish => MS entry is create but only has properties tab. The folder is completly emtpy execpt for the msMetaData.xml

Now the full MS works fine but the extract file is gone instead.

Refactoring can sometimes create many small bugs. Fixed in SVN revision 4871
