Page 1:
- Can we call them MS Insturment File and MS File (...)? Otherwise it gives the impression we do not support MS profiling
- I can go to the next page without providing an mzML file
- Add a All files (*.*) option for the Instrument file type dropdown; Not sure we need it for MS file since we only support mzML and mzXML
Page 2:
- How hard is it to move the Experiment Type to the first page. That would allow to finish with the first page and provide all essential settings?
Page 4:
- I still think "Annotated peaks" is confusing. But keep the label till we come up with a better name.

The "All files" option should be added in the "Full MS RAW File" open file dialog as well to keep consistency.

Made first attempt on this. We need to make a list of manufacturers and the file extensions.
