First page:

• Make the XML file mandatory

Made first attempt on this. We need to make a list of manufacturers and the file extensions.

Page 1:

• Can we call them MS Insturment File and MS File (...)? Otherwise it gives the impression we do not support MS profiling

• I can go to the next page without providing an mzML file

• Add a All files (*.*) option for the Instrument file type dropdown; Not sure we need it for MS file since we only support mzML and mzXML

Page 2:

• How hard is it to move the Experiment Type to the first page. That would allow to finish with the first page and provide all essential settings?

Page 4:

• I still think "Annotated peaks" is confusing. But keep the label till we come up with a better name.

The "All files" option should be added in the "Full MS RAW File" open file dialog as well to keep consistency.
