Annotation Editor: Opening MS3 with no precursor annotation

Description

Related to the "Simone.rar" workspace in Dropbox.

  • Open Asthma 2 Annotation
  • Select scan 27 (2 annotation)
  • Double click -> change to details page for GOG1336
  • Double click on row for the scan 28 (MS3 scan) - GOG1336 does not have any annotations for this peak
  • Problem 1: There is a "Structure Annotation" tab as in the MS1 but no Details or Summary view as in the MS2
  • Problem 2: The scan has annotations although GOG1336 did not annotate the precursor. I think there is a mixup with the second candidate that has annotations for this peak.
