MS progress bars: stuck on MAC

Description

The following behavior is described for GELATO but seem to be true for other MS progressbars as well:

  • On MAC start a GELATO annotation
  • Do not touch mouse and keyboard
  • At some time the progressbar will stop moving but nothing else happens
  • If you start moving the mouse the bar will continue and finish

That seems to be a MAC only issue.

There is still a problem. The transition between the main tasks (lower progressbar is full and starts over for the next task) works now. But without touching the mouse the entire time its stuck when the entire progress is done:

  • upper progress bar shows: Performing glycan annotation
  • lower progress bar shows: Done!

Retesting on 11/18/17: The bug is demonstrated when you run GELATO on multiple MS files. After GELATO completes an MS file, it will block before moving to the next one unless you move the mouse.
