qRT-PCR: Primer manager

Implementation of a manager tool for the PCR primers that works before the current master gen list manager:

• User enters primer design information
  • Primer sequence (forward and reverse)
  • Gen ID for which the primer is designed
• After ordering the primer a PCR experiment is performed with known DNA
  • Plate layout
    • 1 Primer per row
    • replicates of 2
    • 5 different concentrations
    • Water as negative control
  • This data should be associated with the primer since it serves as Q/C data
    • it can be analysed as normal PCR experiment
    • in addition a curve needs to be generated for the different concentrations
    • R² for the fit
• After the experiment a primer can be transferred to the master gen list if he is working properly
  • the Q/C data should still be available
• None successful primers should be stored as well so we can search for them later on
  • They also should have their Q/C data attached with it
