Description

We need documentation (trac page or word) that shows how to create own MS annotation entries using our object models. It should be shown using example code snippets.

  • What objects to create for scans, annotations etc
  • What information to set in the objects
  • How to serialize the objects into a GRITS MS annotation archive

Similar what we did with Yulun.
