MS editor: Efficent file handling for large mz(X)ML files

If large mz(X)ML file are uploaded to the system the loading can take long. This could be speed up if we separate the scan hierarchy from the data file. For example:

• create a file for the scan hierarchy
• for each MS1 scan and its attached MSn scans create a separate mzXML file
• When loading files, find them with the scan hierarchy and load the smaller files
