Description
There is an error that results in NullPointers for mzML files. See attached log file. Corresponding mzXML can be loaded.
Note: For test data ask Rene for Gaunitz data (1601012A000027).

The error (or a smiliar one) reappeared with other MALDI MS data from ABI Science (CS N-Glycan MS.mzxml). The mzxml file was generated from the t2d file and misses the index. After reconversion with msconvert a valid mzXML is generated and can be loaded. However when generating the mzML file this file will be loaded but the "Can not create Scan tab" error appears.
