GELATO: Activation method in different instrument files

Description

We use the activation method to allow for specialized fragmentation rules if a certain method is used. In Mindys files the method is given as "CID". However in Agilent data (see #662 testdata (Gaunitz 1601012A000027.mzML)) the method is given as "collision-induced dissociation". The same file converted to mzXML will have "CID" as well.
