Description
Attached is an mzXML file with a MS1 scan and one MS2 scan (mz=947,42). Protonated data, underivatized. In the N-Glycan topology database are 4 structures with mass 1665,6236 (N5H3F1). The incremental mass of the peptide is 2120.06. The precursor is charged 4+.
Math: 1665,6236 + 2120,06 = 3785,6936 + 4 * 1,0078 = 3789,7248 / 4 = 947.4312 = Precursor
Still no annotation found by GELATO.
