Glycan Array: scrollbar not accessible in master table
Reported by: | Rene Ranzinger | Owned by: | yukie |
---|---|---|---|
Priority: | high | Milestone: | Module - Glycan array analysis |
Component: | Glycan Array management | Version: | GRITS 1.1.x |
Severity: | major | Keywords: | |
Cc: | sena |
Description
When opening the master table the area is cut-off but the filter section. There is a horizontal scroll bar but no vertical scrollbar. Even by scrolling all the way to the right the vertical bar does not become available. Only changing the size of the filter section can change this but then the filter section is cut off without scroll bar.

<Comment>
- Major point for the table in Filter and Sorter section.
- Unable to see the last value in the table.
- Talk with Yan/Lisete how they want to manage this situation. (Option1. with horizontal slider / Option2. like View/Editor code (such as "Project" view))
<Estimate>
several weeks to 2 months

Suggestions from Mark:
Option to detach panels into windows wherever possible. This would allow individual sizing or minimising to suit the situation.
Perhaps have a single window to contain all the features to control and update both the table and the histogram i.e. filters/sorters; data display (high/low, high only, low only) and perhaps also the list boxes and checkboxes currently on the ‘Master Table’. Add new features to this window as they are implemented.
