Description

We should also allow users to save custom sorters (possibly a list of multiple sort parameters) to use later on a different set.

Custom Sorters:

  • sort by given list of glycans (the order is given by the user) (custom probe)
  • sort by glycan sets (probe set), order by the positions of probes within the set (custom)

Similarly, create Custom Sorter function.

  • sort by given list of glycans (the order is given by the user) (custom probe)
  • sort by glycan sets (probe set), order by the positions of probes within the set (custom)

(Need to show a list or table of current probe set (glycan set) to users, first)
("Probe set filter" and "probe set sorter" are used for different function. Need to create a new term for these)
