Create a shared class in core that contains general information about the graphic of editors:

  • Background color
  • Color values for the section headings
  • Color for the tab heading
  • Color and font for the section text
  • Color and font for the tab heading text

Access to the information in this class should be via get methods. There should also be static methods that create sections and headings in a given component.

Class and its information should documented in the wiki.

All editors should use the "theme" by retrieving the values from this class (Archive editor, Sample editor, Project editor, Managers for sample and service lab, DatabaseBot).
