Implementation of an extended filtering function for the GELATO annotation. Before structures from the database are used for the annotation they have to pass the filter.

This function replaces the old dialog on the second GELATO page Filtering Settings.

The filter also needs to be serialized and stored in the annotation file (evidence) and displayed in the MS Annotation Properties.
