MS Annotation Editor: table does not get dirty

Description

If I open an annotation entry and make selection changes or filtering, the table is marked dirty and I can save the changes.
If, however, multiple annotation entries are opened at the same time, the selection changes do not make any of the entries dirty and saving the changes is not possible.
