Experiment Design - create a new design from template

<Situation>

1. Sample (right click) -> New -> Experiment Design
2. Click a radio button of "From Template", and choose one template (Here, the "OK" button is active)
3. Click a radio button of "Copy existing design", and click "Cancel"

<Result>

4. I again clicked the radio button of "From Template", but the "OK" button is remained as inactivated
