GELATO: Error logs when cancel

This is a extension of #707. The problems described in the ticket are fixed but now several error messages/exceptions appear in the log file when canceling:

• when canceling during the initialitation of the database the first exception in the attached logfile is thrown (UnsupportedVersionException)

• when canceling during the final writting of the file - progress bar is at the end a series of IllegalArguimentExceptions are thrown

I have worked on handling cancellation during several different phases of GELATO annotation and also added deletion of the generated files (especially for LC-MS experiment). There are no errors/exceptions in the log.
