Description

  • Add a preference page for MS convert settings that allows to choose msconvert installation location and basic conversion settings.
  • If the preference is set enable a icon in the toolbar above the file table (ticket #906) that allows selecting a file trigger a msconvert run on command line for allowed file types
  • Start the process, wait for it to finish (progress bar) and copy the new mzXML or mzML into the project and the table (same type as selected table entry)
  • Return error message if conversion fails

(This entire process will work on windows only)
