GELATO: Trust charge stage dropdown

Description

Replace the tickbox for trusting charge stage on the second GELATO page with a dropdown:

  • Ignore charge stage
  • Trust charge stage from mzXML/mzML
  • Trust charge stage from eXtract (if file is present)

Change the GELATO logic to also consider eXtract charge stages if this option is selected.
