#946 closed enhancement (fixed)

MS editor: hide rows with no selection

Reported by: Rene Ranzinger Owned by: sena
Priority: normal Milestone: GRITS - 1.2
Component: MS annotation management Version: GRITS 1.1.x
Severity: major Keywords:
Cc: sena

Description

After running a filter it can happen that a lot of rows look unannotated. However the right click menu option "Hide unannoteted rows" does not affect them since there are annotation but all deselected.

Add an additional option to "Hide rows with no selected glycans" and show them again. This option will do the same as "Hide unannotated rows" but will also include the rows that do not have an active selection.

Change the order:

  • Show
  • Hide
  • Show
  • Hide

And add separators between the autoresize and the first show and one between the two show/hide blocks.
