In the current version the deviation column (calculated m/z vs. precursor m/z in ppm) is missing.

Unless I'm looking for the wrong column, I see it in my table as "Glycan Mass Error". Interestingly, this is one of the columns that has a special "label override" in glycan context.
are you speaking of a different column? See attached screenshot
