Filtering classes

Filtering classes reside in two places. One is a jar for the object model classes and the other part contains the GUI components (as a plugin)

The following are the two MS "jar" plugins that needs to depend on the filter object model classes:

Whenever filter object model is changed, there should be a new version for grits-filter-om jar file and the above two jars need to be modified to use the newly generated jar together with the "org.grits.toolbox.util.structure.glycan" plugin. In addition, the above listed MS jars are exposed to the other MS plugins by the "org.grits.toolbox.lib" plugin. Therefore, whenever "" or "ms.annotation" jars get updated, "org.grits.toolbox.lib" should be modified to use the newly generated version of the jars.
